Request an AppointmentThe Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) is a global medical relief organization dedicated to saving lives and alleviating suffering by providing dignified, essential healthcare to communities in need.
Our Community Clinic extends this mission locally by providing accessible, free care to underserved and uninsured patients in the Chicagoland area. The clinic is staffed entirely by volunteers from the SAMS Midwest chapter.
Routine checkups, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
Women's health services including screenings and gynecological care.
Evaluation and management of heart-related conditions.
Care for diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormonal conditions.
Diagnosis and treatment of lung and respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD.
Our clinic is open every first Saturday and second Sunday of the month.
